It’s hard to miss that Charlotte is having an apartment building boom. It seems those apartments are focus on the Millennial demographic. However, as Baby Boomers move into and through retirement, their needs change. The housing market is changing to meet those needs.
The Observer article shared details on the multi-million dollar expansion at Aldersgate in the heart of East Charlotte and the 800+ homes in the planned retirement community planned at Albemarle Road and I-485.
